The Thai writing system is one one of my favourite from all the scripts, alphabets and systems out there. It has 44 consonants 15 vowel symbols that combine into at least 28 vowel forms, and four tone marks. Now for me the alphabet alone looks very experimental. But Bangkok designer Natira Wongpaitoon took it a step further as one should. She experimented with paper, food, and illustration to created some interesting Thai typography.
