Chinese fast food

Take Out: Chinese fast food, is the latest project by Austrian photographer Anja Hitzenberger. During her two month residency in Beijing, China she documented the food court in the Olympic Park and its exotic fast food culture. Some of the stalls have so much information you don’t know where to look first, amazing. I wonder who the designers are and what their thoughts were on the project.
