I love the energy in these city photos. A lot of times you see photos from cities and you don’t feel the same energy as Dutch photographer Marin Roemers captured in these. For his Metropolis photo series which captures cities on the move he won the World press photo award 2011. Currently he captured Calcutta, Manila, Karachi, Jakarta, Istanbul, Cairo and Mumbai in his lens.
