The first Indian Dairy brand will be available in the UK from the end of August. The name of the brand is called “Savera” meaning ‘new dawn’ or ‘morning’ in the Hindi language. The Indian population was specifically in mind whilst choosing the name due to its Hindi origins, and because it is also extensively understood in all Indian languages. The design uses colours that reflect the Indian flag whilst retaining the white and freshness associated with dairy. Branding agency Dragon Rouge designed the Savera range in addition to the brand positioning, product platform and naming.
