This short film by Jimmy Yuan and Mirari & co is inspired by traditional Chinese Peking Opera characters and Spanish surrealism. The concept is to merge two diverse culture senses into one. Peking Opera is a form of traditional Chinese theatre which combines music, vocal performance, dance and acrobatics. It is one of the representative of ancient Chinese culture.

This is stunning! It’s amazing because I just watched the old film The King of Masks, which features the opera. An excellent film, but thisJimmy Yuan film is definitely worth checking out.
