I love it when I hear about a company or individual who designs something for a country in this case Sierra Leone that is under represented on CreativeRoots. The German basketball brand k1x launched the Sierra Leone DCAC limited edition pack, which comes in 22 different colourways limited to 15 pairs per style worldwide.

The materials used on the shoes are from Sierra Leone and are original African ankara fabrics. $25 – $25,- from the proceeds of each of these 330 unique sneakers will be transfered directly the Sierra di Lion Sharity Trust Fund, which supports the local youngsters. via afroklectic
