I have a pair of French mid-19th century blue porcelain oil lamps with a painted heraldic device on the front and back of each. The device shows a three-towered castle/crown beneath which is an anchor, and in front of the anchor a unicorn’s head looking left.

Any ideas about what it represents? I am coming up empty-handed.
