Biman Bangladesh Airline

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has announced a new logo, livery and personality for their airline based in Dhaka. The iconic identity (at least in the region) had featured a stylized white stork (balaka) flying across a red circle representing the sun, and was designed by the late Bangladeshi painter Quamrul Hassan.biman1 Biman Bangladesh Airlinebiman2 Biman Bangladesh Airline

New identity

The new identity focuses on the country’s name (Bangladesh) rather than Biman and has received a new typeface, which is still in the dark pine green, represents one of the national colours. The stork also obtained a facelift which flies between the ascenders of the b and d. For more info head over to graphicology.com
